Interview
Really easy - the guy sat me down, asked me a few general questions. I personally don't think I answered them too well, but he immediately gave me the job anyway and asked when I could start working. Because of transportation issues, I couldn't accept the offer in the end, but would've liked to work there.

Name a time when you showed leadership in your previous job.
Very quick and easy interview process. Manager was nice and gave me a tour. I got an in person interview maybe 5 days after applying. Really enjoyed working here at Homegoods with amazing people.

The interview was short. I was hired on the spot as a sales associate. I was told I would be part time and would be really useful during the holiday season.
