Interview
I received a referral from my previous employer to secure a phone interview with the director fo Horwath HTL. It was set up by his secretary and the even took place within a week. I was asked about my previous experience and my preferred role within the firm. I got mislead a bit regarding the salary. According to Glassdoor it was around 80~120 so I mentioned around 80k. I think this backfired a bit and i did not receive an offer. He replied saying the expected hire is around 60-80 with 80 being on the high side.

it's smooth and nice talk. The interviewer is kind and polite. The whole process will make you stronger in your other interviews, which is really good. Even you are unluckily not employed, but it will be the best interview experience in your life.
Email first, scheduled a Skype interview . During the session they asked questions about industry like the hospitality overview of your region.
