At first I had an online interview, months and months later I attended a 4 hour assessment day where we did a group task, one to one interview and present a swot analysis. Then I got called back to meet the hiring managers. This was fairly informal and just a chance to get to know each other.

Applied online, was then invites to complete a video interview which was quite simple. Following that there was an assessment day with a group task (not related to the role) a one on one interview and I had to present a SWOT anaylsis that I had prepared beforehand. After this, I was invited for an informal second interview one on one. It was quite a pleasant process.
