Demo class with Teacher Support
Pass platform/curriculum online certification - around 2/4 hours work (paid at 60% hourly rate for training)
Accept terms and sign contract
Teach first class within two weeks of signing at your discretion.
1 month turnaround (this was during Chinese New Year so take off 2 weeks for holiday & backlog)
Very easy, friendly, on time and offered 20$ p/h immediately after demo. Contracts signed the next day.

Interview
First there was an online Skype interview. Then send access training and finally a demonstration lesson. The self access training can seem a little daunting but is not that bad.

Interview was conducted via Skype where I was asked the usual questions about my teaching qualifications and experience. The lady was very nice,she put me at ease I didn't feel like I was under interrogation but it felt like a chat.
