Interview
The first round was a communication round where they only test your language. It is a pretty straight forward round. Next is the Operations round where they tell you the exact JD. They might/might not ask you a few riddles or questions to judge your presence of mind. Last round is the HR round where they will discuss your salary structure, etc.

sent the CV via IBmer, he forward it to someone inside, he saw the CV, called me on the phone for interview f2f, went to f2f interview, was good and they opened the job for me.. and I was hired after accepting their offer
