No negotiation. It was cut and dried. They named a price

    Sales Interview

Anonymous Employee in Boston, MA (US)

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM (Boston, MA (US)) in March 2016.

    Interview

Brief and mostly focused on personality and sales experience.

Lots of conversation about the current state of tech.

Several questions aimed at developing an understanding of the ways in which I viewed internal interface systems.

Managed to speak with over five different people before the two days of interviewing were over.

Process was smooth and I was entirely aware of every step in the process.
