After an initial phone interview, I was asked to come in person to a branch to interview. There were two managers and it seemed formal, but they were very kind.

What kind of decisions did you make at your last job?
The interview process was simple and flexible. It was made up of a series of phone calls that were pretty short. Interviewing staff was friendly and accommodating. The process was easy and efficient.

Really good it was based off of your personality as well as who you were more than situational based. As well as the culture being really nice and the process was smooth.

Interview
Went well, asked good questions, was receptive to negotiating. I think this was a process which I would very much enjoy pursuing in the future. I'm hoping to be able to entry point with ICCU at some future leisure but am enjoying the interview process as of right now.
