I was asked to pass 2 hours interview which would be recorded. Not clear explanation who will access the recordings, for what purposes and how long these recordings will be kept. No clear explanation about the process of the interview beforehand. Special needs not adjusted.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had an initial conversation and was recommended to prepare my resume for two positions. I was then followed up by a more senior recruiter for one of the two positions asking to schedule an interview for the next week. 1 month later (after following up twice) I was contacted by the senior recruiter and set up an interview with the operations manager for the Global Trial manager position. The interview went very well and I was told that I would be a great fit for the team. My interviewer was going to write up her notes and send them to the senior recruiter for review and I was told that she would be in touch regarding next steps. I never heard back from the senior recruiter, and I did follow up with no response. This entire process has put me off of the company and I will no longer consider job requests/recruiter invites from this organization. There was a clear lack respect for my time and effort from the senior recruiter and I fear that this may reflect on the company culture at large.
