ICS (Integrated Computer Solutions) Software Engineer interview questions

First did a phone screen, then scheduled an in-person interviewer the following week. Process took about 5-6 hours, including going out to lunch with one of the engineers. Overall a good mix of technical and general "company culture" questions and discussion. Typical series of one-on-one interviews with a total of maybe 5 people.
