The Process: The interview was very informal, which helped settle any nerves. It felt more like a professional conversation than a rigid interrogation.
The Questions: They stuck to the basics—typical behavioral and experience-based questions. Nothing "out of left field" or overly technical. If you know your resume and have a few standard "tell me about a time" stories ready, you’ll be fine.
Advice: Be yourself and keep the conversation flowing. They seem to value cultural fit as much as your actual answers.

Interview
First round: a casual talk with a recruiter, which is very friendly. Focused on your background and any research experience. Sendon round: written task, simple market analysis for an industry, you will need to analyse the data and search for some information, then write up a report. Third round: technical interview. Not sure if it is really technical, focused on your previous research experience and any related work experience.

Interview
Interviewed for the new IVD area that the business is branching into. First interview was with a PI and you could tell she had thoroughly read my CV and thought of good questions to ask. These were mainly based around the commercialisation of my academic work. The second interview was an hour long take home test which required analysis of data from a particular industry and a written summary of findings.
