IMC Industrial interview questions

There were 2 interviewers, 1 from commercial/operations, 1 from HR. The HR interviewer was polite and really interested to know more about the interviewee. The interview from commercial/operations was not interested in the interview, frequently interrupting the flow of the interview by asking his own questions unrelated to the discussions happening at those times. He is also very critical and not open-minded at all. He thinks being optimistic is laughable.
