First round case interview. Second round was final round with case interview, case study which had to be done beforehand, and behavioral with a director. Cases were not that difficult, but take home case was pretty hard.

When is one time you learned from your experience to improve a process?
1. Phone screen with head of HR
2. 1-1 with senior manager
3. Take home case study on whether to raise prices on a business
4. Present case study findings to consultant
5. Profit builder case study - find out why a business is losing money
6. 1-1 with senior manager
7. Onsite with whole team (I didn’t get to this point, my second 1-1 with the senior manager didn’t go well as he didn’t like my answers to why I wanted a new position)
