I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Imperial Brands (Warsaw, Masovia) in Jul 2022
Process consisted 3 interviews, one with HR and two with managers. It was smooth, although one manager was late for the interview, but I guess it was just an accident.
- They asked me about my favourite excel formula

Various assessment stages, from initial online screening tests, HR interview, to case study in the end. The case study was quite pleasant, due to broad tasks and the possibility to choose between different options. The overall communication was good. Took 3- 4 for month for the overall process.
- Strenghts, weaknesses, challenges to overcome

First, I want to mention that the interview was conducted online with someone from HR. It was quite pleasant, and we mainly discussed my academic studies and work experience. After that, I was invited for another interview with someone from the finance department. The interview followed similar lines, and there were also some questions about basic MS Excel knowledge. Finally, in the third interview with the department's manager, we had a conversation with some classic interview questions.
- Where do you see yourself in three years? Why did you choose to apply? Will you be able to balance your master's degree with work (since I am a student)?

Had a short phone screening with HR, super nice and helpful and gave advice for preparing for the next stage. Next stage is interview with HR and managers in the area, so around 2-3 people. Interview lasted ~45 minute interview of lots of behavioural questions, so have some examples in mind. Motivation questions, scenario-based, strengths and weaknesses - seems like they were asking a lot of questions. In the section where I can ask questions, they ended up asking me some more questions haha. so yea be prepared for lots of questions. Corporate vibes.
- what is your strength, whats your weakness, why do you want to apply for imperial brands, what can you offer in the role, name a scenario where you encountered a difficult situation with someone how did you handle it etc

I Applied via linkedin, Scheduled an interview with a bot. The interview only had general questions, nothing on the subject matter of the job. It went pretty smooth. Seems like a waste of time, since I never got any feedback or messages.
- General questions, like why did I choose Imperial Brands.

I have been interviewed for Clinical Research Manager role. It was final panel interview. I gave presentation and followed 1 hr Q and A with panel members. I have been told that the outcome will be known in 2 weeks' time. It is been 4 weeks now and no update on interview outcome. As a candidate, put an effort to prepare for interview process all the way through to presenting and Q&A. Few of the panel members were very junior and does not what questions they are asking. They get confused themselves. They didn't even know how to set up virtual interviewing and always had technical glitches to handle interview. It was considerable amount of time and effort. If the recruiter really not interested, they should have some professional etiquette to give fair and honest feedback. From the beginning of the process, the recruitment partner and hiring manager always speak with flowering language (ghosting) to impress the prospective candidate till they get one to final stage. Then they won't come back with honest feedback. I did not expected such an attitude from this global company. Hope they will learn and improve on.
- Subject related, principles and behavioural based.

The scheduling of intereviews was smooth as well as the communication at that point. After completing all the stages, no feedback provided. No response on follow-up messages, very impolite behaviour in 2022. Will not recommend.
