I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Infobip.
Interview
First interview was via phone. It was very informal and pleasant. I could ask anything I wanted to know and I got very detailed responses. After the phone interview I got an assignment to do at home which represented what I would work on, if hired. The assignment was not hard and it was very clear (what to do and what to do it with was clearly stated). I had the freedom to say how long it will take me to do it (they propose about 10 days but it can be more or less if needed). Very short after I turned it over, they called me for a third interview which was held at the office. Interviewers were very pleasant and full of understanding for things I didn't know. We went over the code and questions were only about things I did or could have done differently. Other part of the interview was about the company, job I would be doing and answers to my questions. Few days after they called me with feedback and their final decision about my employment.

I had 2 interviews and 1 recruitment assignment. HR department really made whole interviewing experience pleasant. They care about cultural fit and during recruitment proces that is the focus. Even the industry is very specific, after interview you get bigger picture and things are clear.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Infobip (Jakarta (Indonesia)) in November 2018.
Interview
The process was fast and on schedule, perfectly timed. The Interviewer describe the company profile and then describe the position responsibility. At the end of the interview, they asked for a survey about candidate experience, and it was a very good approach for me and could bring a very good impact on their Branding.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Infobip (Pune (India)).
Interview
I had a total of 3 rounds. Telephonic interview, then a big assignment which needs to be completed in half day. Then they called for personal interview however they asked me to wait for about two hours to get interviewed and then their manager came and took my interview that lasted for 45 minutes and then I was interviewed by their head till then I was positive about the interview. However, after giving the interview when I mailed them, messaged them on LinkedIn and called them there was no response from anybody.
Everbody including the manager and recruiter started ignoring and didn't replied. I believe they don't have professionalism and they don't care about the employee's feelings and time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Infobip in October 2018.
Interview
Hiring proces took almost 2 months and that was very frustrating. Recruiter contacted me by Linkedin message because I was great fit for open vacancy (from university degree to experience etc). First interview was ok - you get know more about company and role. Then, you get assignment (you have to write “brief” elaboration to be successful). Final interview was organized very bad - you feel like you are sitting on hot chair (they were recruiter, CEO and Head of PO - all of them staring at you from different corners! After all I didn’t get an offer - I recieved some poor sample of rejection e-mail; it was not based on my experience in the hiring proces. Feedback was really poor and I did expected more professional relation with candidate in ending of hiring proces. Also, I asked for more detailed feedback and guess what - I didn’t get it! It was only wasting of time because they really don’t know what they want!

I applied online. I interviewed at Infobip (Kolkata (India)) in September 2016.
Interview
The process was long but only because it was not on their plan to hire a fresher. They mapped their then current requirements to my skills and tested my strengths to arrive at a decision which was different than their initial plan.
A detailed telephonic discussion followed by an assignment and a panel interview. The interview was more about what I am good at than what I could be better at. I was tested on my organisation and leadership capabilities with regards to the kind of work and responsibility I had undertaken in my college years.

After sending my CV I was invited for an on-site interview with the Software Architect and Software Team Lead for the position I applied for. Interview had no coding questions, only discussion about various software design questions. They went through my background, were interested in some of implementation details and decisions I made for a particular project. The whole interview was pretty informal.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Infobip (Pune (India)) in April 2016.
Interview
Whole process was really slow. I got a call from recruiter, first round was on google hangout with hr and technical lead, next was a take home assignment which I cleared and my last round was technical round which never happened, I got sorry email due to some internal reasons they can't proceed further . Be careful while appearing in the interview they might put you on hold, after waisting your time, because take home assignments take quite some time to complete.
