Innovate Finance interview questions

Prior to my interview starting, I was emailed my interview video link with another person's name and interview time in the email body. This was never amended. During the interview I met with the Chief Marketing Officer and the COO. They were pleasant and asked fairly standard questions about my background in Events, but it was clear that they had reservations about my lack of direct Marketing experience which was fair, but also something that is clear from my resume. The interview lasted for over 45 minutes in total, and despite numerous attempts to follow up over email for a number of weeks, I never received any feedback. This was contrary to what I was told at the end of the video interview, and is something that I find particularly rude in the interview process itself.
