Phone interview, then several in-person interviews. They are really looking to hire the right people with hard work ethics and positive attitudes. They were clear about the expectations of the role and were also clear about some of the cons or difficulties of working within the exhibit industry.

Applied for Logistics, official title was Client Show Coordinator.
Interviewed by co-worker then again by VP of Sales.
I followed up after the interview and made sure to show my enthusiasm for the industry.
I was hired, then promoted 3 different times the first week, where I then remained until moving on.
