I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I talked to the corporate recruiter and everything seemed great. Scheduled an in person interview and when I got there it was a waste of my time. They didn't want to find out why I was qualified for the position they just wanted to socialize. I didn't want to drive 30 minutes to just talk to someone. I wanted to learn more about the position and how I was qualified. They were more concerned about if I went to the bars and I thought it was very unprofessional.

Question 1
They didn't really ask any questions the only one I remember is why sales.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
