I got a LinkedIn message from one of their recruiters. We had two phone interviews -- one introductory explaining the role (not very well), another more formal. Both went great. I then travelled to interview on-site in the location I would be working in with the hiring manager there. She was out sick so someone else interviewed me again. I never heard back from anyone after that, even when I asked for feedback.
