Starts out with a phone interview to make sure you qualify for the job, then they go plan a official interview with a hiring manager and ask behavioral questions and about your past work experience.

When hired on directly and not through a temp agency, I found it rather delightful. Management were helpful and the manager I interviewed with was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable.
