Interview
Easy and relaxed. Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, set up phone call, went well. She set up an in-person on-site. On-Site was great, relaxed and casual. Second interview was with regional at the same location, also very relaxed and calm. Everyone seems very respectful and kind. By the end of each interview I felt as though I already had the job. After a background check came back, they offered me an official written offer but I did receive the verbal offer a week or so beforehand.

Question 1
You set an appointment for an initial sales meeting. You arrive and the man you are schedule to meet with says I'm booked solid today and only have 15 minutes instead of the 60 I promised, let's head back and meet ok? What's your response?
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

Question 1
What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
