The HR lady will call you in for the interview, then Anand supposed to interview you. But he'll usually be late. While doing the interview, Anand will usually ask a lot of questions about sales and marketing, but fear not, he don't actually know much about startup or sales, or marketing for that matter. Since he is old-school, Just tell him you are good with people, always keep great relationship with previous vendors and suppliers, you'll get the job.
