Applied online. Received e-mail from hiring manager. Was interviewed, was told I would hear from them by end of business the next week. I was then ghosted by the hiring manager. I did not reach out to follow up as the role did not seem like a good enough fit to pursue further.

After sending in a very involved application I was contacted by the recruiter. We had a quick chat that went well. I was then set up for a round with the hiring manager and a few team members. It went great. I felt amazing I liked everyone a lot. I thought it was a good culture and a good fit for me. Then another interview with more people from the team. Again I thought it went well. Not my best but not terrible. I asked at the end about the next step and how many people were still in the running. I was told it was me and someone else. They reached out for references that day. I responded immediately. I never heard from them again. I emailed the hiring manager and never got a response. I guess the culture was too good to be true.
