Screening phone call following by onsite all day interview. All day interview consists of intro, technical interview, behavioral interview, thesis presentation, lunch and closing interview. Each interview segment is approximately one hour each except lunch; lunch is about two hours.

Very easy interview process. It took 3 months to get the offer. great work experience, poor management. strict deadlines. stressful, no work life balance, low salary, poor communication between upper management and engineers. lots of office politics
