Phone inerview first (informal:15-20 min) followed by 2 x 40 min formal interviews onsite with chief engineers one after the other. First half were technical questions and the rest were HR type questions.

Had 2 hour-long interviews. They were each one on one. They asked a combination of technical and behavioural questions. No particularly hard questions. They asked to bring me through my CV explaining how each section improved me as a person.
