The company needed quick help for a large project, and I heard of the opportunity from a friend. I had a phone interview, submitted my resume and references, and registered my information and work status with HR. I began my assignment right away, and my immediate supervisor was nearby when I had questions. Because it was understood I was only hired to help for this specific large project, I cannot detail what their interview process is like for long-term permanent hires.
