They use Taleo for applications. The job position is posted for 10 days. HR makes a selection of 3 YES candidates, 3 MAYBE candidates and the rest. The supervisor or chief can select people for the interview. Usually, 3-4 people are called for an interview The interview has a panel composed of 3 people, two for the business side and one for HR. That is an hour interview. if you get selected you'll receive a notice in two weeks if not you possibly will not receive any notice.

In the interview they tested my ability to give clear and concise answers in both Spanish and English. The interview revolved around my experience and technical questions about evaluation. I was also asked about theoretical situations and how would I respond towards that kind of situation.
