Interview
There were two main rounds of interviews - Virtual Onsite 1 and Virtual Onsite 2.
Virtual Onsite 1 had a problem solving task which is basically a live interactive coding round. The second round was Project review round where you talk about some project you worked on and some follow up questions on that during presentation.

Process concerns:

- Expected 4+ hours of interview time plus project prep without clarity on role scope
For senior ML candidates with research publications and production experience, LeetCode assessments and templated presentations suggest the process is optimized for mid-level engineers rather than evaluating senior judgment, system design, and research capabilities.
