First interview:
The interviewer described the project to work on. They mentioned technologies which were outdated already when they started the project 15 years ago.
Questions: did you worked on legacy projects already? do you really want to work in this project?
Second interview:
A JSP + Spring Mvc + JS app to show/manipulate a tree. The tree had to be stored in a json file.
You have a week to do this.
Third interview (code review):
You have to present the your app.
The interviewers are not prepared at all. I mean they never checked your code (despite the HR girl said before the interview that they are very satisfied with my project). Also the interviewers were not familiar with the task what I had to do.
Questions: why do you reload the whole page on node move while the jstree can handle it, why are you not using ajax here? -> because you especially asked this in the task description
In the end of the interview they said that there is no fullstack position at the company, only backend or frontend. They not asked what am I interested in, they just said that they will call me.
Four (last) interview:
It supposed to be an HR interview. Never happened. They never call me, just removed the fullstack job ad from linkedin.
