I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Iron Group (London, England) in March 2016.
Interview
I had the interview with the Web Design Director of Iron Web and lasted about 30 minutes. He asked about my future role and about my responsibilities in that job. The second step of the interview consisted of a practical test: I did the design of two pages of a dummy website (to finish within a couple of days).
