Several week process. Multiple phone screens. Skype meetings with the big wigs in London. The US staff was very nice and accommodating. THe calls and phone screens with the UK management were terrible. They were full of themselves, arrogant, and presented themselves poorly, as to discourage me from working there. Their approach worked.
