My process was very quick, no projects, no extensive interviews. Was pushed through to the top quite quickly, but i believe this is an unusual experience and generally it takes much longer.

Brief chat with portfolio review, I was freelance so the process wasn't as intense as if it was for F/T. The F/t process can stretch on for months it seems. Interview was fine, though you tend to wait a bit for the interviewer, but thats pretty normal in fashion. They are all very friendly there!
