very informal and quick. didnt have any issues with talking or connection points seems like a quick program for seasonal work during tax time and thats good for a lot of people in a small town that need qucik work during the off season

I went to a Jackson Hewitt office asked how to get job, the Regional Manager had me take a test, I needed to brush up on a few areas so, she scheduled me for the classes they offer right away. The office was clean, but the lady was under dressed.

Nothing was unexpected, everything asked was easy to answer and it went quickly and easily.

Interview
Scheduled an interview and showed up. Interviewer had to type out my responses on their portal. Had typical questions such as how would you describe customer service and your top 3 strengths and weaknesses.
Straight forward, really technical and I had to take an exam to show where I stood on the information being applied. if you have a background in accounting or entry level is a good place to start.
