HR contacted a few weeks after online application submission and scheduled an online video interview. Interview went well and smooth with 5-6 professionals in the same meeting. They followed up asking for references. The overall experience was positive, expect the initial contact tool about 2-3 months which is normal for big corporates.

What type of work are you more comfortable with? Site or office?
The process took about a month from initial application to job offer. I first had a Skype interview with HR rep that involved personality type questions, tell me about ur self etc. About two weeks after was invited for a face to face technical interview.
