They require an engineer who can have a knowledge of electrical engineering with a string programming skills.
There was a exam which has multiple choice question .
Out of 140 who attempted for the exam only 5 were selected .
Out of 5 people there was a 1:1 interview technical and HR.
After that offer letter was given
