The interview was fairly straightforward. In Jeffco you get the questions beforehand so it's important to show up early. Have questions prepared so you know the scope and what the job details and responsibilities are, as many of the para position postings are vague.

I was interviewed for a position that was actually a lateral move from paraprofessional in one area of the school to paraprofessional in another area. The interview was pretty fast and they didn’t seem to be any issues.
