      Global FP&A Analyst Interview

      15 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Jellycat (London, England) in Apr 2026

      Interview

One star – disorganised, unprofessional, and exactly what the other reviews warn about I do not recommend. I recently interviewed for this role online and came away very disappointed. I felt skeptical – and I should have trusted my gut. The experience confirmed everything the other negative Glassdoor reviews say about Jellycat's poor environment. The interview was poorly structured and disorganised. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my background, which made it difficult to give a full picture of my skills. Instead, assumptions were made about my interests, despite my attempts to clarify. One of the interviewers was especially abrupt and discourteous. When I asked questions at the end, responses felt rushed, and when I tried to ask a follow-up, the conversation was cut short. The overall tone was unprofessional. I understand not every candidate is the right fit, but basic professionalism and respect should be standard. I regret ignoring the warning signs.

      Interview

I do not recommend. I recently interviewed for this role online and came away very disappointed. I was skeptical after seeing the poor reviews on here but because the talent acquisition partner was helpful and quick to respond I gave it go - and honestly I should have trusted my gut. The experience confirmed everything the other negative Glassdoor reviews say about Jellycat's poor environment. The interview was poorly structured and disorganised. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my background, which made it difficult to give a full picture of my skills. When I asked questions at the end, responses felt rushed, and when I tried to ask a follow-up, the conversation was cut short. The overall tone was unprofessional. I understand not every candidate is the right fit, but basic professionalism and respect should be standard. If you're reading this and something feels off, believe it. I didn't, and I regret ignoring the warning signs.
