I applied online. I interviewed at Jet (Draper, UT) in Apr 2017
Interview
I received an email stating I had made through to the next round about one week after submitting my resume and application. I received an email with a link to take a personality test through a gamification site. Two days later, I received an email stating that I had been selected for an interview. The person interviewing me called soon thereafter and asked me a few basic questions on the phone and set up a time for an on-site interview three days later. I met with my interviewer and was notified two days later I had been selected for the position.

Interview
I sent in my resume then in a couple of days I got a phone interview. They told me when to come in on a certain day. They sent all these emails to do the paperwork after I interviewed and I completed them fully, and when I went in to submit info and photo for my badge, they told me after I got there that I didn't have to come in and they should have probably called to say I completed the emails so I didn't need to come in. Got my photo taken and left. I got reassured what day I start and the longevity of my training time!

Interview
I applied for the role of Member Service specialist and was sent a HireVue code to do an online video interview. After that a HR member called me and then emailed me a "game" that would help determine my compatibility with the company. After that I was waiting for the HR member to give me a call and several weeks went by before I even heard a word, and it was a voicemail because I couldn't answer my phone. After many missed calls on both ends, I ended up applying again because I was afraid my application was lost in the shuffle. About a week after I heard back and scheduled an interview. So from about March-May was the time frame for me to be hired. It was a good thing I waited until I was actually hired before I quit my previous job.
