Interview
The interview process was simple. Really, two questions total. "Can you make a sandwich" and "how do you work with unhappy customers?".
They were clearly judging personality. The overall experience was fantastic. Everything was great.

Interview
There was no interview besides asking when I could get started since I knew the manager, she was easy to talk to. Aside from this, they asked my availability and oprevious work experience.
