Simple exam and onboarding process, got a call and went into the warehouse. Got taken into a side room where I filled in exams to check my English proficiency and basic maths skills
Its an Online assessment without any formal interview. Offer was made within 2 of completing the online test which was followed by induction and in the job training.
Great place to work but target driven
Mainly warehouse based questions, medical info etc, no hard questions Or anything too hard. Job history also. And When I am able to work and if I am in current employment.
