I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Oct 2010
Interview
3 different people staring at you can be pretty intimidating. Especially if you're only a sophmore in college and its your first real interview. Did okay on it, answered the questions, cracked a clean joke or two and let them ask about leadership and examples of such things. I actually was told I would hear back in two weeks and that same day was denied via email. However, a month and a week later, I receive a call about an opportunity in the co-op, I wonder what happened
