I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Oct 2009
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter at a career fair and was granted an interview a few weeks later. I was interviewed by two individuals, one was a new employer and the other was an experienced engineer. Asked typical questions about team work, leadership, and weakness. However, they are very strict about their gpa requirement, and anything below a 3.0 is not good.

Interview
Start by submitting your resume then wait until you get an offer to complete a personality based test and a recorded interview. I'm still in the process of doing the interview process.
