It included an in person interview about what skills i possessed and why i would suit the position etc. There was also an online survey to see what our personality traits where and based off the results, what positions in the workplace we would be most suited for.
the interview started with introductory questions such as tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies and availability. Then there is why do you want to work here. Then there are questions like what is your greatest achievement, have you ever gone above and beyond to help someone, have you done any volunteer work.
Interview was super easy—friendly, polite people, chill managers, simple direct questions, relaxed vibe sitting outside. No pressure at all, just a smooth, comfortable experience with genuinely nice folks all around.
