I had a one-on-one interview scheduled with the HR Executive. As part of the assessment process, I was required to complete a case study that may take up to 4 hours to finish. The second interview with additional leadership.

Interview
It started off with the typical question "Tell me a bit about yourself" which can sometimes be surprisingly difficult to answer. Anyway, the interviewer made me feel really comfortable and I could speak without feeling judged. It went a lot better than most interviews I had.
