KJT Group interview questions

30 minute call with HR Director. Pretty straightforward. I think I struggled to strike a balance between the need to demonstrate subject area expertise (and use sort of wonky language) with the fact that the interviewer was not a research expert. I probably should have prepped harder to make sure I could communicate the technical stuff to a less technical audience. I also would have been more competitive with more healthcare specific experience.
