Very friendly but still formal. Was interviewed by two people and asked a variety of behavioral questions alongside questions about the key values of KPMG. Also got to ask questions at the end.

A 1 hour psychometric test with a personality component followed by a 10 minute recorded interview asking 4 general questions.
Final stage was a 30 minute video interview over Teams. Interviewed by two people from the team I applied for. Relaxed interview-style. Atmosphere was not super formal.

Introduction presentation given to all candidates about the process and timeline. Interviews were conducted by groups of 1-3 interviewers in an open floor layout. Very casual and laidback experience. They ask you a variety of basic interview questions.
