I was called for an on the spot interview where the representative asked general questions about my work experience and what I knew about the position. I was asked to come to a 1 on 1 interview and when I arrived at the university I filled out an application. The manager who conducted the interview was new to this campus and was hoping to change the department and to meet more ambitious goals.

Interview
Enjoyed meeting with 8 other applicants in a group setting in the campus room and meeting with the Financial Aid Advisor, HR, Career Advisor, and one other. The college had only one open position which was for a Career Advisor. Open Discussion in a Group setting.

Interview
Great interview. The person that interviewed me asked a couple of questions about who I was and what would i do in various situations. She was a great listener. She also asked me alot about my work history and how I felt about working with a female population.
