Interview
They give a phone interview, then an in person interview and if you pass you do what's called "Taste of the job" where you try out working at the place if you like it or not.

Fairly laid back. Business was easy to find even though it wasnt at one of the actual restaurant locations. Friendly, open room, two people present with one primary questioner.

If successful, second stage of interview is a test of memorizing the menu and what is in each crepe.
-Applied online and was notified through phone for a possible interview.
-Interviewed on-site at one of their stores with the store owner.
-Fairly simple interview with no surprise questions.
-Hired on the spot.
