I applied through a staffing agency in March 2022. The overall process was quite smooth and quick. It took around 10 days for all four rounds to happen. The feedback for every round you give is communicated in 1-2 working days. The interview for RA is a combination of logical reasoning, solving case studies, and behavioural/personality test. There was no written test. Case studies have to be solved during the interview itself. Round 1- It is more about some basic industry-specific questions. You can be asked to structure and form a TOC for a certain company, SWOT analysis. There would be questions regarding your previous work experience, and recent projects that you have worked on. Round 2 is largely technical which includes solving case studies, guesstimates and there will be a practical knowledge check on the projects you have worked on (approach) and your understanding of the industry's latest developments and their impact) Round 3- Behavioural, Why Kearney (you could be grilled on this one a bit- don't give cliched answers like better growth opportunities rather back up your answer with some smart facts you know about Kearney), Reasons for switching could be another point of discussion. Thirdly, the interviewer might also give some hypothetical situations and ask you how would you react to them. Round 4 is with the Global research director- It is the last round and the shortest I believe say about 20-30 minutes. Nothing technical, more on the fit side again. Utilise this round to ask as many questions as you can about the company (by this round, you'll have a lot many, so ask some good questions and make it interactive). You might again face a question like why Kearney so don't take this question lightly. Just be yourself, ask questions not just when you are asked but also while you are given a case study to solve (validate what are you expected to solve), don't give bookish strategies, think practical, and lastly believe in yourself
