I've never had so many red flags come up for a company during an interview. I made it to a third round interview (last step before meeting with CEO) with a group of people on the marketing team. I asked them what would make someone successful in the Social Media and Community Manager role and the entire group collectively agreed on the answer "having a backbone" YIKES! I also interviewed in spring 2024 and I see this role is reposted under a year later. RUN
