I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kelly in May 2018
Interview
I did an application on their website. Within 1 day I received an email to schedule a video interview with a KellyConnect recruiter and upload my state ID. My interview was 4 days later. During the interview she asked for my ID and to show the room I will be working in. After that she asked about my previous work history, "give me a time..." questions, and other questions I will list below. She then goes on to tell me the job required flexibility and I had to be available randomly through the week; that basically meant I can't set my own schedule. She then tells me I can have 2 days off a week. She gave me options on what 2 days I can/want off or I can just have the 2 off days be random. I told her I would like Tuesday and Wednesday off (one of her options). BIG MISTAKE/WRONG. The right answer was to have 2 random days off. She thanked me and said I would get a decision in 24 hours. I was rejected to move forward in the hiring process.
